James has over 23 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry. James started his career in 1998 at Nationwide Building Society, where he was promoted through many internal roles such as Cashier, Personal Banking Manager and Branch Manager in locations across London and Kent. During this time James gained exceptional knowledge in a wide range of Products/services including Mortgages, General Insurances and Financial Planning. 

Following redundancy in 2021, James completed his DipFA qualification and joined Hall & Costello to follow his dream of becoming a Financial Adviser to allow him to make a difference in people’s lives.

In his spare time, James enjoys overseas holidays, football, golf and socialising with friends and family.
